On the morning of November 1, 2023, the College of Agricultural Engineering welcomed the leadership representatives of the ASSIST organization (Association for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation in Asia) to visit and work at the School.
On the side of the ASSIST organization, there was Mr. Aru David – Regional Director of ASSIST; On the side of the school leadership, there was Mr. Dao Tuan Anh – Vice Principal and representatives of the leadership of a number of units in the School.
At the meeting, Mr. Aru David said, “ASSIST is a self-sustaining non-profit organization that aims to build capacity, promote sustainable practices, and achieve social impact. Since 2023, ASSIST has been working tirelessly for development and prosperity across Asia and parts of Africa…”.
After the working session, the delegation visited the school’s workshops and facilities. Mr. Aru David highly appreciated the results and achievements the school had achieved in the recent past. At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming time, ASSIST will implement specific plans for
equipment investment and at the same time aim to train teachers and students for the school in green skills and industry 4.0.
